MQM to oppose impeachment motion

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) would oppose the impeachment motion; this was decided in a joint meeting of MQM Raabta Committee held in Karachi and London on Tuesday. After the meeting, the members of MQM Raabta Committee said, the formal announcement of opposing impeachment motion would come soon.President Musharraf remained good friend of ours in troubled times and this is the policy of the party not to leave friends in lurch, they added.
