PESHAWAR: The NWFP Chief Minister, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said that anti-state elements wanted to push the country and society into instability by sowing the seeds of hatred and differences among different religious sects for serving their own nefarious designs. “It is need of the hour to promote and strike harmony, unity and understanding among followers of different religious sects for foiling such conspiracies,” he said while talking to Shiite Muslim leader Allama Syed Fakhrul Hassam Kararvi at his office on Monday.Allama Fakhrul Hassan Kararvi expressed his deep grief and sorrow over Charsadda incident and sympathized with the leadership of the Awami National Party.Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that due to wrong policies of the past regimes, the Pakhtun nation was passing through a critical period of their history. He urged the followers of all sects and cross sections of society to maintain unity among their ranks against the conspirators. “Utmost vigilance should be kept over such elements who want unrest and violence for their own vested interests,” the chief minister said. The chief minister expressed the hope that like the past, the nation would emerge successful from all the challenges and hardships it was facing today. He further said that the force was no solution to any problem and every issue could be resolved through talks and negotiations. The chief minister also exchanged his views with Allama Kararvi regarding power load shedding, wheat shortage and soaring price hike.
