Fourth SA Shooting Champ kicks off

ISLAMABAD: Fourth South Asian Shooting Championship has kicked off with a glorious inauguration ceremony at Gun Shooting Club here in Islamabad on Friday.Federal Minister for Sports Aftab Shah Jilani was the chief guest who, earlier, officially inaugurated the championship.On the occasion Aftab Jilani said, this shooting championship and more of its kind, would help enhance sporty ties among countries in sub-continent which he termed a good sign to bring the neighboring countries closer.As many as 120 shooters representing India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, would be participating in the championship which would feature two events of Short Gun, three of Pistol and five of Rifle.

She did not say that the attack was a bilateral issue.
