Robbers loot millions of rupees in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: Plunderers carried out a big robbery in Peshawar wherein they robbed millions of rupees and jewelry from a house taking advantage of load-shedding on Wednesday, police sources said.According to sources, the robbery took place at 7pm in the evening when a robber broke into a house with a pretext to sell fruits. Following which his other associates entered house and tied up women and children with rope and looted money and jewelry worth of millions of rupees. The affected family said the robbers entered house during load-shedding while police have registered case against unknown robbers and conducted investigation into the incident.
