Tiger appears at Margala walking track

ISLAMABAD: A tiger walked out on walking track-5 of Margala hills, however, according to CDA officials the hikers stranded on the track have been rescued.

Two citizens reported the presence of a tiger on the walking track-5 of Margala hills. Upon this police and rescue teams of CDA arrived at the scene and arranged for safe exit of the hikers.

Reports also say that the tiger was also seen three days ago. However, it caused no harm to the people.

Peshawar blast: FIR lodged against unknown persons

PESHAWAR: FIR against unknown persons have been registered on charges of carrying out Sunday?s suicide attack in livestock market in Matni, an area located in the outskirts of Peshawar.

Peshawar police told Geo News that the attack killed 16 people including head of a local Lashkr and Nazim Awaizai Abdul Malik and injured 44 others.

The blast also caused severe damage to the market and parked vehicles, the police added.
