HYDERABAD: Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani Saturday termed as flawed the decision of dividing Hyderabad district and described it as detrimental to the interests of the citizens of the city.
He was addressing the workers of Pakistan People?s Party from Hyderabad Division here.
The Prime Minister said it is proving to be challenge for the government to prepare the upcoming federal budget in the wake of NFC Award. ?People are pinning hopes with the upcoming budget,? he added.
He said issued that came under discussion during his meeting with Baloch nationalist leader Attaullah Mengal will be resolved.

LAHORE: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry said the Supreme Court would make sure its verdicts are implemented.
He was talking to officials of Lahore High Court Bar Association at SC?s Lahore registry. He was of the view that SC was playing its due role for quick dispensation of justice.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani met Baloch leader Sardar Attaullah Khan Mengal at his residence on Saturday.
According to sources, Prime Minister has assured the Baloch leader that names of Baloch nationalist leaders will be removed from Exit Control List (ECL). Those who are not suspicious will be removed immediately from the list while names of the rest of the people will be struck down after a complete scrutiny.
Gilani asked Sardar Mangal to extend cooperation for the improvement of Balochistan?s situation. Sardar Mangal told the Premier that he will hold talks with other Baloch leaders and brief him about it later.
