ISLAMABAD: Central spokesman of Pakistan Muslim League-N Ahsan Iqbal Friday demanded of the government to clarify its position, on what he said, the humiliating letter of NAB against the higher judiciary.

In a statement issued here at media secretariat, Ahsan Iqbal said PML-N will foil all attempts aimed at undermining the judiciary.

He said inaction of government on the letter written by NAB against the top judiciary even after a lapse of three days is tantamount to supporting the conspiracies being hatched against the judiciary.

?Some PPP ministers are showing ignorance to the letter while PPP spokesman is terming it in accordance with the Constitution,? he regretted.

He said the government, by hook or by crook, is attempting to bring the judiciary under its control.
